离子软氮化的工艺研究

摘     要
 本课题所研究的是碳钢的表面化学热处理问题，本文是通过表面离子软氮化来改善工件表面的性能。介绍了离子软氮化的特点及在机械等各个领域中的应用，深入研究离子软氮化的基本理论,最后提出了对离子软氮化设备和工艺的要求。软氮化工件的性能与软氮化层的化合物相组成和扩散层的微观结构密切相关。本文还研究了基于软氮化温度和氮势对渗氮层形成与分解的影响规律,离子软氮化渗氮层相组成和微观组织形貌进行了深入研究。离子软氮化能显著地增加材料的渗氮层深,而且使合金氮化物种类明显增多,扩散层中的沉淀硬化物也更细小弥散,有利于改善渗氮层质量和提高渗氮工件性能。
 碳钢的表面软氮化处理主要是用球墨铸铁、45钢、40Cr 模具钢材料进行不同时间的氮化，所采用的设备是30KW的L—30辉光离子氮化炉
 碳钢的离子软氮化将采用（1） 改变时间； （2）改变碳、氮气体流量比来进行研究。

Abstract

   This issue is under study the surface chemistry of carbon steel heat treatment issue, the paper through the surface of the soft-nitride to improve the surface performance. Introduced a soft-nitride and the characteristics of the machinery, and other fields of application, in-depth study of soft-nitride's basic theory, by the end of the soft-nitride equipment and technology requirements. Nitriding of the performance and nitriding of the compound of the composition and the spread of the micro-structure of the closely related. This article also examined the nitride-based soft temperature and nitrogen potential of nitriding layer formation and decomposition of the effects of ion nitriding soft layer of nitride composition and microstructure morphology of the in-depth study. Soft-nitride can contribute significantly to the increase of nitriding of deep, and the types of alloys nitride markedly increased the proliferation of precipitation hardening layer of more small dispersion, will help to improve the quality and nitriding of the workpieces nitriding improve performance.
