上拉式汽车自动窗帘的设计

 摘   要
 
 本文档提出上拉式汽车自动窗帘设计方案，选择的方案力求达到灵活简便，具有可操作性，实用性。绘制汽车自动窗帘装配图和零件图。基本内容：设计一种电动窗帘，主要用于汽车内饰。要求此电动窗帘具有上下自动启闭的上拉式电动窗帘，要求结构简单、制造容易、成本低。
 本文所介绍的上拉式汽车自动窗帘是属于电动窗帘的一种。其包括驱动机构、卷绕在弹簧轴上的窗帘面料以及固定在窗帘料本体，两根位于窗帘面料两侧的竖向内空导轨以及滑轮、滑块和拉索等零部件。此设计将采用简单的滑轮和拉索，使其结构简单，易于制造、安装，成本低，且能灵活地滑动。
 本文档通过对国内外现状的分析、方案设计、工作装置的结构设计以及零部件的设计与计算等多方面阐述了该新型工作装置的创新。
 Abstract
 
     This paper presents automatic car pull curtains design options to achieve flexibility and convenience and operational, practical. Automatic drawing curtain assembly drawing and parts diagram.. Basic elements: the design of an electric curtains, mainly used in automotive interiors. Request with the upper and lower electric curtains automatically pull the headstock electric curtains, the requirements of simple structure, easy manufacturing and low cost.
 The pull-car auto electric curtains which presented in this thesis is one of the curtains. It includs its driver, winding axis in the spring of curtain fabric and fixed in the curtain material at the top of a scalable beams, two at either side of the curtain fabric in the space of vertical rails and pulley, slider And Lasso, and other components. This design will use a simple pulley and cable. It is simple, easy to manufacture、install, low cost, and can flexible slip.
 The thesis interprets this new equipment’s innovations by analyzing the present situation, doing the program design and the structural design and designing components and the relevant calculation.
