半自动游泳池壁清洗机器的设计

摘     要
 
 本次毕业设计是关于解决游泳池侧壁清洗问题的自动化机器的设计。首先对游泳池的结构及清洗部位进行概述；其次对机器的原始构造及运动进行解析；然后进行各结构的详细设计与动力计算及校核。经市场调查目前还没有代替人工清洗游泳池壁的机器运用在游泳池壁的清洗作业中，半自动游泳池清洗机器机械的设计上有很大的灵活性，功能上极具使用性，是创新型的机械设计，因此设计中定会有很多的不足有待完善。该设计将机器设计为浮动船体结构，主要以电机驱动，通过同步带轮传动和齿轮传动达到各项运动目的。
 本次半自动游泳池壁设计代表了该机器设计的一般过程，对今后该机器的发展及完善具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

 The graduation project is an automatic machine to solve the difficult problems in  cleaning the wall of swimming pools. Firstly I summarized the structure and  the cleaned parts of the swimming pool. Secondly I explained the internal structure and tectonic movement.At last I designed, calculated and checked in detail.The marketing studies tells that people clean the swimming pools artificially.There is no machine to replace manual work.It is a very smart desin of the semi-automatic pool-cleaning machine.And it has very practical functions.It is really a mechanical creation design.But it leaves much to be desired. There is a system of gears and associated elements by which motion is transferred within a machine.And it is drived by electric.
 It stood for the general process of the design of the semi-automatic pool-cleaning machine. It is  very valuable in the development and perfection of the machine.
