摘要
随着生产力的迅速发展和现代化程度的日益提高，能源的消耗急剧增加，导致能源危机和能源价格上涨，居高不下，使得节能成为当今世界面临的重大技术课题之一。液体粘性传动是近年来发展起来的一种新型流体传动技术。它利用存在于主被动摩擦片之间的油膜剪切作用来传递动力，能够长期在打滑情况下工作、进行无级调速，并且可以实现主被动轴之间的同步传动。
本文对液体粘性调速离合器的工作原理、基本结构、系统组成、功能和一些零件的设计理论进行了介绍，并对350KW功率等级、1500rpm转速等级的液体粘性调速离合器的主机被动部分进行了详细的设计、计算、校核。

It makes use of to exist in the lord was act by the oil film shearing between the kinetic friction flake to deliver the power, can be long-term the operate, progress adjusts without the stage under the condition of tie slip soon, and can carry out synchronous transmission between main and passive shaft.
This text glues operate principle, basic structure, the system composition, function and some design theories of prates of hydro viscous speed-adjusting clutch to carry on the introduction to the liquid, and glue the design that the main engine passive division of hydro viscous speed-adjusting clutch carried on the detail, calculation，corrects and reference the 350 KW power rate, and the 1500 rpm revolving speed rate hydro viscous speed-adjusting clutch.
