倾翻式混凝土搅拌机的搅拌机构设计

摘     要
 目前，混凝土搅拌机在国内外都有着飞速的发展，国际竞争力在不断提高。本课题主要研究倾翻式混凝土搅拌机的工作原理以及搅拌机搅拌系统方案设计。根据设计要求，对混凝土搅拌机的搅拌系统初步定型，并对搅拌系统的主要部件进行设计和计算。
 本课题通过生产中的实际问题，结合国内外研究现状，通过对倾翻式混凝土搅拌机的整体研究，分析比较各结构设计方案，确定合适的系统方案。主要对搅拌机的工作原理及搅拌理论作了简要分析，并对搅拌机构的传动装置和传动零件的结构进行了设计和计算，完成总体装配图及主要零部件图的绘制。使设计的结构达到了简洁，科学，高效的目的。随着混凝土机械的飞速发展，本次设计具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract
 At present, the concrete mixer has a rapid development in domestic and foreign countries, its international competitiveness is enhancing unceasingly. This paper mainly points out the function of the rollover-type concrete mixer, the principle of rollover-type concrete mixer as well as the project design of its rabbling mechanism. According to the design requirements, finalize the concrete mixer’s rabbling mechanism preliminary, design and count the mainly parts of the churn-dasher.
 Through the actual problem in production, the present research situation in domestic and foreign and the research of the whole design of rollover-type concrete mixer, this paper analysised the various structural design plan, determined the appropriate system plan. Mainly made the summary analysis to mixer's principle of work and the agitation theory, and carried on the design and the count to rabbling mechanism's transmission device and the transmission components' structure, completed the overall assembly drawing and the main part’s chart plan. Made the structure of the design achieve to the purpose of succinctness, science and highly effective. Along with the swift development of the concrete mixer,this design has the vital practical significance.
