煤矿深井二级圆柱斜齿轮减速器的设计

 摘    要：    首先介绍了煤矿深井二级圆柱斜齿轮减速器的研究背景，研究意义以及国内外研究现状，通过对参考文献进行详细的分析，阐述了煤矿深井二级圆柱斜齿轮传动的概念、传动设计和主要的强度等的相关内容；在技术路线中，论述齿轮传动结构形式的选择，基本参数的选择和几何尺寸的计算，两个主要强度的验算等在这次设计中所需要考虑的一些技术问题做了介绍。就圆柱齿轮减速器中传动布置型式的选择、箱体的设计。一些辅助零件的设计、润滑与密封等相关问题进行了简要阐述。本文主要介绍煤矿深井下的带式输送机中的减速器的设计。
