鼓式制动器的设计及计算

摘     要
 制动性能是车辆最重要的性能之一，车辆制动系统性能的好坏直接影响到车辆行驶的安全性。而且制动器是制动系统的重要组成部分，因此，有必要对车辆制动系统进行详细的研究。
 本文首先对车辆制动系性能进行分析，介绍分析了制动系的制动原理及功用。其次再着重介绍了鼓式制动器的构成，系统分析制动器的组成及种类。最后并系统完成了制动器的设计计算过程。
 制动器是制动系中的主要部分，本文主要针对鼓式制动器的结构型式与特点分别进行详细分析，并仔细解释了鼓式制动器各零部件的重要作用。并系统的完成了制动系的结构类型与设计计算，包括制动系的各种参数的确定及其选择，鼓式制动器的性能参数的确定及其选择，制动器的结构设计与强度计算，并对制动器的温升和驻车等进行核算。

Abstract
 Braking performance of vehicles is one of the most important performance，vehicle braking system performance will have a direct impact on traffic safety. Moreover brakes is an important component of the brake system,so we need for vehicle braking system to conduct detailed studies.
 This article first vehicle braking system performance analysis, analysis of the major brake on the brake of the principle and function. To focus on the composition of a drum brake, and systematic analysis of the composition and type of brake. Analysis on the brake and the design and calculation process.
    On the brake parts, in this paper, the drum brake for the structure and characteristics of each type in detail, and described in detail the various parts of the brake drum important role. And the introduction of the braking system of the type and design of the structure,braking system, including the determination of the various parameters and their choice, brake the structural design and strength,and brake temperature rise in car and accounting.
