   摘  要
 通过对工件的分析，探讨了工件的拉伸成型工艺。在拉伸模具设计中主要确定了模具拉伸工艺及结构方案，包括工件毛胚尺寸的计算，工件拉伸系数的计算以及拉伸次数及工序尺寸的确定，拉伸过程中拉伸及压边力的计算，模具材料的选择（见零件图纸），成型零件、结构零件的结构形式确定（主要为凹模及凸模的选择及主要尺寸计算）。 而后，利用Pro/E进行了产品的三维造型。本文所设计的模具具有结构简单、运动可靠，节省成本等优点，特别适用于本制品的生产。本文充分利用现代CAD设计软件，展现了CAD设计软件在模具设计中的良好应用能力。

Abstract 
 This article discusses the design of the non-pressure side of the conical ring mold tensile mold,through the analysis of the tensile mechnical parts forming process. The design of the mold determines the main stretch of the die drawing process to identify and structure, including the rough size of the mechnical parts, calculation of coefficient of the mechnical parts, as well as the calculation of tensile stretching coefficient number and size of the identified process, the process of stretching and stretching Blankholder force calculation, The choice of mold material (see parts drawings), molding parts, structural parts form the structure (mainly the punch die and the main dimensions of choice and the calculation). The programm Pro/E was used for the three-dimensional shape of product. This article by the tooling design is simple in structure, movement reliable, cost-saving advantages, in particular.This paper takes full advantage of modern CAD design software, CAD design software demonstrated in the mold design capabilities in a good.
