摘要
 本文主要对新型轴承清洗机主机进行详细的设计、计算、校核、选型。分析了新型轴承清洗机要求实现的功能要求，了解了同类型新型轴承清洗机的工作原理，基本结构，系统组成及功能；研究了新型轴承清洗机的系统构成及功能，各元器件的选型方法，以及系统的实现方式等。
 新型轴承清洗机是一个简单的机电一体化产品，融合了液压，电机等相关技术。其主要技术路线是对轴承清洗机主体进行详细的设计、计算、校核、选型，以实现生产厂家指定的功能，并整理成书面报告；绘制轴承清洗机的装配图或结构图；绘制各组成部件的元件图。
 设计主要包括了新型轴承清洗机的结构，装配，选材，清洗机构，电机选择，以及标准件的选择。本文对设计中，新型轴承清洗机的结构图，装配图，零件图，都有详细的说明。

Abstract
 In this paper, its mainly about the detailed design, calculation, checking & selection of the bearing washing machine. It analyzes the Functional requirements of the bearing washing mf small household appliances. It researched the System Structure and Function of the bearing washing machine, the way to select comachine. Understanding the working principle, Basic structure, System components & Function of the same type opponents & the Realization of the system.
 Bearing a new washing machine is a simple mechanical and electrical integration products, the integration of hydraulic, electrical and other related technologies. The main technical line of washing machines bearing the main detailed design, calculation, checking, selection, in order to achieve the manufacturer specified functions, and organized into a written report; drawing bearing the washing machine or structure of the assembly; mapping of the Components of the components map.
 Design includes a new washing machine bearing structure, assembly, material, cleaning, electrical choice and the choice of standard parts. In this paper, the design of the new bearing structure of the washing machine, assembly, parts map, has detailed instructions.
