冷库专用起重机的设计

 摘    要

 设计了一套专门用于储藏食品的冷库（工作温度为-35度左右,深度8m）的起重机，提升重量1000KG，提升高度4000mm，货箱尺寸（长宽高）1000X1000X1000。要求机械装置在库外，冷库内不得有任何轴承、滑轮类的部件。货物进出货箱方式不考虑,出货门能够在货箱运动的带动下开闭。提升的设备部分在冷库侧面。

Abstract

 Designed a special crane for cold storage for food storage (working at the temperature of -35 degrees, and the depth is about 8 m), upgrading the weight of 1000 KG, upgrading a high degree of 4000 mm, container size (three dimensions) 1000 X1000X1000. It’s Required in the mechanical devices, cold storage may not have any bearing, pulley types of components. Goods shipped into the way do not consider, the door can be shipped in containers, driven movement opening and closing. Upgrading the equipment part of the side in cold storage.
