车灯模具热流道系统设计

摘   要
 
热流道是注射模具结构中的关键的工作部件，由于其设计计算及制造的优劣关系到产品的质量与模具的使用周期。为了降低模具设计制造的风险与成本，工业发达国家如日本、德国、美国等，在模具设计制造之前，通常运用专业化工程软件对热流道进行分析计算或模拟注射过程，预测注射过程中热流道可能产生的缺陷，以便及时修改热流道的结构尺寸形状使之符合注射成型的工艺条件。
 本文以汽车车灯为例，根据汽车车灯的产品尺寸与形状及相关的数据文件，进行注射成型的可行性的工艺分析与计算，根据所构思的注射模具结构及各零件的装图关系。给出了注射模具结构中的关键部分——热流道的设计计算的步骤和方法及制造工艺，运用专业工程设计软件Solid Works进行热流道三维造型设计。对汽车车灯的产品的注射成型模具的热流道结构与尺寸进行分析、对比、优化与完善。使所设计的注射模具能够达到其最佳工作状态与预期的使用周期。

Abstract
 Hot runner injection mold is the key to the structure of the working parts, because of its design and manufacture of calculating the pros and cons related to the quality of the product life cycle and die. To reduce the risk of mold design and manufacturing costs, industrialized countries such as Japan, Germany, the United States, in the mold design and manufacturing, often using specialized engineering software for analysis of the hot runner calculated or simulated injection process, the process of hot runner injection forecast May have defects in order to promptly amend the structure of hot runner size to conform to the shape of the injection molding process conditions.
