手电锯外壳造型设计及快速成型制作

摘  要

    本课题主要是在计算机三维造型的基础上，用快速成型技术将造型制作成实物模型。
通过对手电锯外壳实样进行分析，了解手电锯外壳的工艺特点；掌握Pro/E或UG三维计算机辅助设计软件；对手电锯外壳进行三维造型设计；学习快速成型机HRP2004系统中对图形作预处理的过程；了解快速成型技术的特点：加工周期短，成本低，高度技术集成，可实现了设计制造一体化；用计算机设计的三维图形在HRP-ⅡB快速成型系统中制取手电锯外壳模型，掌握快速成型机制取模型的过程及技巧；对手电锯外壳模型进行后处理，了解快速成形技术在生产实际中的应用。通过本设计培养我们系统地、完整地进行机械设计与制造的综合能力与素养。整个过程充分地展现了快速成型技术在生产实际中的应用。

Abstract
 This issue, mainly in the three-dimensional computer model based on the use of rapid prototyping technology ,will shape into physical models.Through the opponent chainsaw shell are analyzed, and realize the sample about the process features of hand chainsaw shell.Master Pro/E or UG 3d cad software;three-dimensional modelling design of hand chainsaw shell;HRP2004 machine of rapid prototyping learned to graphics as pretreatment system in the process; realize the characteristics of the rapid prototyping technology:Processing cycle is short; Low cost; High technology integration ; Can achieve the integration of design and manufacture. using the computer design of 3d graphics in HRP - Ⅱ B rapid prototyping system and making chainsaw shell model,master the process and skills of making model with the machine of rapid prototyping.Counter chainsaw shell model post-processing,realize the application of rapid prototyping technology application in production.Through this design develop our comprehensive ability and quality of systematically, complete mechanical design and manufacturing.The whole process fully show the rapid prototyping technology application in practical production
