刹车片内弧磨床设计

摘     要
 
 本文档提出新型刹车片内弧磨床的设计。它是一台专用机床，主要加工的工件为中型、重型汽车刹车片内弧的磨削加工的设备。机床属于磨床一类。能磨削等厚刹车片。采用棘轮连续进给、磨削效率高、内弧磨削设备金刚石专用刀盘、纹理均匀、尺寸稳定。本机床主要由内弧砂轮，砂轮驱动电机，刹车片装片箱，刹车片传送片导轨，刹车片夹紧弹簧机构，刹车片传送链，送片爪，刷灰机构几部分组成，刹车片是通过传送带输送至机床内部进行加工的，传送带的速度可调。

Abstract
 The present paper proposes the new brake lining negative camber grinder's design. It is a special purpose machine, main processing work piece for medium, heavy automobile brake lining negative camber abrasive machining equipment. The engine bed belongs to grinder one kind. Can the grinding uniform thickness brake lining. Uses the notch wheel continuous feed, the grinding efficiency to be high, the negative camber grinding equipment diamond special-purpose cutter head, the texture are even, the size is stable. This engine bed mainly by the negative camber grinding wheel, the grinding wheel actuates the electrical machinery, the brake lining load box, the brake lining transmission piece guide rail, the brake lining clamp spring organization, the brake lining transmission chain, delivers the piece fingernail, brushes ash organization several parts to compose, the brake lining is transports through the conveyer belt to the engine bed interior carries on the processing, conveyer belt's speed adjustable.
