张臂式汽车自动窗帘的设计

摘     要
 汽车自动窗帘是一种利用电机驱动窗帘支架结构，从而达到自动控制窗帘状态的一种遮阳设备，它增加行车舒适度及安全性的一个汽车内部附属设备，它除了能保护乘客隐私，实现单向透视以外，它的主要功能还有隔热、阻挡紫外线功能。有研究表明，在阳光照射下，如果汽车内部温度由24摄氏读增加到34摄氏度，驾驶者的反应速度将下降20%，因此，汽车窗帘对调节车内温度，提高驾驶安全性起到重要作用。各种汽车自动窗帘自投放市场以来，非常受到用户青睐。随了中国汽车行业发展趋势来看，汽车窗帘在国内的发展将会有非常明朗的前景。
 本文研究工作针对张臂式汽车自动窗帘设计过程中碰到的主要问题的解决和自动窗帘零部件设计方案，主要包括以下几个部分：
 第一章为绪论，着重分析了选题背景和意义，包括本自动汽车窗帘性能和优势，以及国内外研究现状。
 第二章对张臂式汽车自动窗帘工作原理、结构和基本工作特性进行了大致的介绍
 第三章张臂式汽车自动窗帘的各个细节部分以及整体的设计，重要零部件设计及选择。
 第四章介绍了简单地介绍了零件的建模与装配；

Abstract
