手提包锁及注塑模具设计

摘     要
 我所设计的是一个手提包锁，主要用途是保护背包里财产的安全，这跟其它锁具的用途一样，但之所以要设计这个锁，是因为它不但有保护财产的作用，更重要的是它更是一件精致的装饰品。它与密码锁，普通锁等相比，没有了忘记密码时的烦恼，也没了丢钥匙的无奈，只需旋转它就能锁上，而且没钥匙和密码的限制，我所设计的锁打开方便，携带方便，成本低，精致，一定的安全性，给人带来安全感，跟好的品味。
 通过对手提包锁注塑模具的设计分析，设计出该塑件的模具。在整个模具设计过程中，涉及到了塑件的结构设计，对塑件尽兴模流分析，注塑机和模架的选择及注塑机的一些重要工艺参数的校核，并详细叙述了模具设计中的分型面设计，浇注系统设计，成型零件设计，顶出机构设计和冷却系统设计，最后还对成型零件制定加工工艺方案。

Abstract
 A bag lock I designed the main purpose is to protect the backpack Property safety, it is the same as with the use of other locks, But reason to design the lock, is because it has a protected property of effect, more importantly, is that it is an exquisite decorations.  Through the injection mold design handbags lock analysis, design out of the plastic parts. In the mold design process, involving the structural design of plastic parts, plastic parts have fun on mold flow analysis, injection molding machines and mold injection molding machine selection and some of the important parameters of the check, and described in detail in the mold design sub-surface design, casting design, molding part design, mechanical design and the top of the cooling system design, and finally forming part of the development of process plans.
