摘　要

模具工业是当今极具活力的一门产业，塑料制品通常要通过模具而定型最终为产品。塑料膜压制的方法很多，例如注射、挤出、粉末冶金、铸塑、等。模具是工业产品中使用最广泛的工艺装备。在汽车、电机、仪表、电器、电子、轻工业等行业中，随着这些行业的迅速发展，对模具的要求越来越迫切，精度要求越来越高，结构要求也越来越复杂。随着塑料工业的发展，塑料注射模已经成为制造塑料制造品的主要手段之一，且发展成为最有前景的模具之一。本次设计的题目：东安车工具箱单型腔注射模设计。此次设计主要是要求通过对注射模的设计流程的了解及掌握。具体内容包括：分型面的确定、注射机型号的选择、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、冷却系统、脱模机构和抽芯机构的设计等。

关键词：模具成型、塑料、注射模、分型面、浇注系统、冷却系统。

Abstract

Mold industry is a vibrant door industry, plastic mould and finalize the design usually through final for products. Many methods of plastic injection, extrusion, for example, powder metallurgy, molding, etc. Industrial products is widely used in the basic process equipment. In the automobile, motor, instrument, electrical appliances, electronics, communication, home appliance and light industries, with the rapid development of industry, the requirement of mould has become more and more urgent, high accuracy, and is more complex structure. Along with the development of industry, plastic, plastic injection mould manufacturing plastic has become one of the major means of manufactured goods, and the development prospect of the mould has become the most. The design of the single topic: dongan car toolbox cavity injection mould design. This design is mainly based on the requirements of the design flow injection mould and understanding. Specific include: type determination, injection molding machine, selection and design of components, gating system, cooling system, demoulding mechanism and core-pulling mechanism design.
