赛马车工具箱盖加强件双型腔注射模设计

摘  要
 本模具是“哈飞赛马汽车工具箱盖加强件双型腔注塑模设计”的注射成型模具。本设计主要介绍了塑料注射模设计的方法及其过程。考虑到塑件的实际结构和成型要求，采用了侧向抽芯机构，并采用一模二腔来进行成型制造，在保证塑件精度的同时提高生产率，降低成本。首先，介绍了塑料注射模设计与制造在社会发展过程中所处的地位及其作用，并对塑料制品的结构进行了分析，然后介绍了塑料注射模具的具体设计过程。具体设计内容包括：注射机型号的选择、分型面的确定、浇注系统、脱模机构设计及抽芯机构、冷却系统、成型零部件的设计等。还对塑料注射模其他零部件进行设计。还介绍CAD/CAM在模具上的应用，包括CAE软件设计，AutoCAD。

Abstract
   This Mold is the "toolbox ha fei sai ma Automobile covered strengthening covered double cavity injection mold design" injection mold. This chapter mainly introduces the method and the  process of the injecting mould designing. Taking into account the actual pieces of plastic structure and molding, using a pumped-lateral agencies, and adopt a model for two cavity molding manufacturing, plastic parts in ensuring accuracy while improving productivity and lowering costs. First, It has introduced the position and function in the developing society of the plastic injecting mould’s making and designing, and analysised the structure of the plastic product .Next, this paper introduce the concrete process of the plastic mold’s designing. For example ,the size of the injecting machine,deciding of the face,noting system ,taking out the organization of core and the outing organizationsand sprinkling at the same time,cooling system and so on . In addition, return to design of plastics injected other zero parts of mold to carry on design. Also introduced CAD / CAM die in the application, including CAE software design, AutoCAD.
