文档字数:18334.页数:45 附CAD图, 外文翻译 摘 要 随着塑料工业的发展,模具在制造业中的地位越来越高,模具技术水平的高低,已成为衡量一个国家制造业水平高低的重要标志,塑料注射模已经成为制造塑料制品的主要手段之一。本文主要介绍了注塑模设计的方法及过程。首先,介绍了注塑模在国内外的发展现状和未来的发展趋势,并对塑件的结构进行分析,然后根据塑件结构进行模具设计。设计内容包括:注射机型号的选择、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、顶出机构设计、侧向抽芯机构、冷却系统和模架的设计,此外,还对注塑模其他零部件进行了简单的介绍和设计。其中侧向抽芯机构是设计中的难点,说明书中对其进行了详细的设计。最后阐述了完成此次设计之后的心得,并对以后的模具设计思路提出了自己的见解和看法。
With the development of the plastic industry, mold manufacturing in the increasingly high status and die level of technology, has become a national manufacturing measure the level of the important signs, the plastic injecting mold has already become one of the mainly ways of making the plastic ware. This paper describes the injection mold design method and process. First, on the injection mold at home and abroad of the status quo and future development trend of development, and plastic parts of the structure analysis, according Plastics Mold Design structure. Design elements include : injection machine models of choice, forming parts of the design, pouring system, from top design, pumped-lateral agencies, cooling system and die-design, in addition, to other parts injection mold for the simple presentation and design. Which side pulling mechanism design is difficult and brochures on the detailed design, the insight was elaborating in the end of the paper, and the later designing way of the injecting mold was put forward my views and viewpoints.
