苏宗经及《广西通志辑要》初步研究
 摘要
 苏宗经是清代广西的史学家、教育家兼诗人。他治学广博，务心教育，曾出任训导、教谕、教授、国子监监丞等教职。史学方面，苏宗经深受程朱理学影响，极力推崇程明道，习惯以道德化、“理学化”的标准品评历史人物，自出新意；同时，注重人事因素，常以人才之得失与否评断历代政治成败，颇具人本主义精神；在探讨岳飞死因方面，他更以深邃独到的史识，笔锋直指宋高宗赵构，为后世研究此段公案洞开了缺口。史著方面，苏宗经屡有撰述，但多佚。辑成《广西通志辑要》，几经辗转，现幸仅存于世。该《辑要》在谢启昆《广西通志》的基础上，删繁就简，摒弃落后内容，废除陈旧类目，既将原有的22个条目精简整顿为15目，又成功将280卷的全文，浓缩成40万字的13卷辑本。同时，还补遗旧志之缺漏，并创新编纂体例，首创“以地统目”的地方志书结构，最终形成了一部卷帙简约、内容概括、方便阅读查寻的新型方志，是继谢启昆《广西通志》之后中国方志学领域的又一创举。

On Su Zong-jing And His Historical Work Guangxi Local Records’ Summary
   
 Abstract
 Su Zong-jing was a historian, educationist and poet, who was lived in Guangxi at Qing dynasty.He did scholarly research extensive , were engaged in heart education .He once took up teache,s dutys, such as lecturing, Teacher of the edict,professor, the Imperial College prison assistant officer and so on.On the aspect of history, Su Zong-jing did his utmost to praise highly Cheng Ming Dao , because he was affected very much by Cheng Zhu Natural Science.So he was accustomed to judging historical figures with the standard of" Morality-rization ",and" Lixue-rization", put up a new intention. Moreover, he attached importance to the human factor , judged past dynasties politics success or failure with take advantages of talented person or not.His humanism is quite vigorous.On the respect of discussing Yue Fei cause of death, he forcefulned the cause fator refers to Song Gao Zong Zhao Gou with deep original history. He opened a new view for the studying of this complicated legal case in the later ages.On the aspect of historical works, Su Zong-jing wrote many books, but mass of were losed. He finished his historical work Guangxi Local Records’ Summary, whish exists only in the world now ofter several passed through the turnover.On the basis of the book Guangxi Local Record wrote by Xie Qi-kun, Su Zong-jing deleted the compicated content , abanden the content which behind the times,and abolished the obsolete category.The original Guangxi Local Record has 22 entries and 280 volumes,but was cut down readjusting for 15 entries, 13 volumes and 400,000 words successfully.At the same time,Su Zong-jing added some omissions，innovate a new compilatory style , structured that "By place series item".At last ,he initiated a new 2 Tidings音信1 Mystical Teachings神秘教谕1 Commandeer model chorography, which has concise volume, summaried content.It’s very conveniently to read and hunt for people.Guangxi Local Records’ Summary is a great pioneering wolk following Guangxi Local Record writed by Xie Qi-kun in the field of Chinese chorography.
