新桂系时期的广西合山煤矿（1925—1949）
摘要
本文阐述新桂系时期，广西合山煤矿在艰难中不断发展的情况。合山煤矿在1925年—1936年历经数次倒闭后，在组织管理、生产技术上获得初步发展。1937年—1945年，合山煤矿作为抗日战争时期军需燃料的供应地，其发展势必受到政府的干预，新桂系和国民政府出于自身的利益而入股,共同经营合山煤矿，使其不断完善企业管理制度，改善产运设备，产煤量大幅度提高。同时合山煤矿也遭到日军严重的破坏，致使战后的合山煤矿处于艰难的运营之中。1945年—1949年，光复后的合山煤矿在省政府的扶持下勉强维持运营，但发展最终再度陷入困境。合山煤矿的发展在带动矿区人口增长的同时，也促进了矿区的交通运输和教育的发展。

Abstract
In this text, He Shan Coal Mine of Guangxi in the continuous development in the difficult situation at the New Gui Ground era .He Shan Coal Mine had primary development in organize managements and produce technology after it had been closured several times in 1925—1936. In the Sino-Japanese War ，1936—1945，He Shan Coal Mine, as was the supply of military supplies to fuel place，so its development is bound to be government intervention. The national government and the New Gui Ground deal in He Shan Coal Mine proceed from self-given shares，He Shan Coal Mine , business management system, production and transportation had been improved, coal production had also been increased. He Shan Coal Mine had also seriously been damaged by Japanese troops at the same time, resulting in He Shan Coal Mine operators is difficult in post-war period. Postwar, 1945—1949，He Shan Coal Mine pay its way work under support of provincial government, but in under the trouble again in the end. The development of He Shan Coal Mine brings along the number of population, while promote the development of the transportation and education in diggings.
