论儒家精神在协调人际关系中的尚礼作用

 摘  要
 
 儒家精神蕴涵着丰富的人际关系理论。提倡、推行“仁爱”精神是儒家学说的核心，在一定意义上，可以说儒学是人际关系的学说。在两千多年的中国历史长河中，它在协调人际关系，维护社会稳定和推动社会进步方面发挥了重要作用。儒家精神以“仁”为核心的人际关系准则；以“孝悌”为仁之本的人际关系秩序；以“礼”为中心的处世规范；以“忠恕”为仁之道的人己准则；以“义与利”的利义先后；以“人际的交友”之道得出现代人际关系的思想价值。对于我们今天培育良好的社会公德，建立现代精神文明，促进健康、文明的社会风气，形成和谐的人际关系，仍然不失其借鉴的意义。

Abstract:  The spirit accumulates the Confucian School being containing rich human relations theory. Advocating , carrying out the "kindheartedness" spirit is the Confucian School theory core , being able to say Confucianism in a certain sense, is the human relations theory. In two thousand Chinese history many years long river, it has brought the important effect into play in the field of the social progress harmonizing human relations , safeguarding social stability and driving. The Confucian School spirit human relations centering on "benevolence" criteria; This human relations order of taking "being good son and good brother" as benevolence; Centering on "gift" conducting self in society is standard; People who takes "faithful forbearance as" doctrine of benevolence self own's criterion; Taking as an example "benefit people with egoistic " interest rate righteousness successively; Reach modern human relations thought value with road of "palling among people". Today cultivate fine social morals , build modern advanced culture and ethics to us, promote the healthy , civilized social mode , form harmonious human relations , do not still loss the significance that the person uses for reference.
