 ……保护环境,节约能源是当今世界上各个国家长期发展所要共同面对的一个交点问题,也是我国中长期发展规划中首要考虑的问题,正是基于这一点近年来循环流行化床锅炉技术以其高效低污染清洁燃烧枝术,越来越受到广泛关注。国际上这项技术在电站锅炉、工业锅炉和废弃物处理利用等领域已得到广泛的商业应用;我国在这方面的研究、开发和应用也逐渐兴起,已有上百台十万千瓦等级循环流化床锅炉投入运行,目前三十万千瓦等级的大型循环流化床锅炉也相续完成了国内的自主研发并有十多台已投入运行或正在制造之中,而且未来的几年仍将是循环流化床锅炉高速发展的一个重要时期。从我国煤碳资源的种类、性能以及分布结构看,在我国发展循环流化床锅炉也是完全适合我国国情及发展趋势的。
 尽管循环流化床锅炉具有燃料适应性强、燃烧效率高、低污染排放等诸多发展优势,但也存在着制约其发展的不利因素。在我国已投入运行的循环流化床锅炉中,有许多部件工作在高温、高固体颗粒不断冲刷的作用下,锅炉设备的磨损是十分严重的,经常由于磨损问题造成停炉。据统计,目前我国电站锅炉因受热面磨损造成的停炉事故约占锅炉总事故的 1/2。因此,了解受热面磨损规律,找出主要磨损部位及原因,选择合理的防磨材料,采取进一步的防磨损措施,对循环流化床锅炉的推广应用和稳定运行是一个十分现实又重要的问题。
 本文根据调研资料,从循环流化床锅炉磨损机理入手,结合我国哈锅近年来设计投产的300MW循环流化床锅的实际运行状况,对循环流化床锅炉易磨损部位、采用的防磨措施、各部位耐火耐磨材料的选型、耐火耐磨材料的施工工艺、耐火耐磨材料的养护方法等方面进行了全面详细的分析,找出了循环流化床锅炉受热面磨损的主要规律,提出了相应的控制方法与措施。

 Protect the environment and save energy is nowadays in the world each country to confront the long-term development of the intersection of a problem, China is the long-term development of the first consideration, based on this point in circulating fluidized bed boiler technology pop to its high efficiency low pollution clean burning branches, more and more attention of operation. This technology in international boiler, industrial boiler and waste treatment and utilization, etc have gained wide commercial applications. In this respect in the research, development and application also gradually arisen, there have been hundreds of 100,000 kw level circulating fluidized bed boiler, currently in operation of 300,000 kw level large CFB boilers XuWan became domestic by independent research and development and has invested more than 10 sets of running or are manufacturing, and future years will still be circulating fluidized bed boiler is an important period of high-speed development. From our coal carbon resources type, performance and distribution structure look, circulating fluidized bed boiler in China's development is completely suitable for China's national conditions and development trends.

 Although circulating fluidized bed boiler fuel adaptable, burning with high efficiency, low pollution emission, and many other development advantages, but there is also restrict its development adverse factors. In our country has been put into operation in the circulating fluidized bed boiler, there are many components work in high temperature, high solids continuously scouring, under the action of boiler equipment wear is a very serious problem, often caused by boiler stop due to wear. According to statistics, China's current power station boiler heating caused by the wear boiler stop boiler accidents accounted for about 1/2 of total accident. Therefore, understanding, heating wear rules out the main wear parts and reason, choose reasonable prevent grind materials, take further abrasion measures of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the promotion application and stable operation is a very realistic and important problem.

 Based on the investigation data, from the circulating fluidized bed boiler, combined with the wear mechanism of production in recent years, the design of pot 300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler's actual operation situation, for the circulating fluidized bed boiler is easy worn parts, used prevent grind measures, various parts of refractory wear-resistant materials selection, refractory wear-resisting material construction craft, refractory wear-resisting material maintenance methods of fully detailed analysis, found the circulating fluidized bed boiler wear main laws, and put forward the corresponding control methods and measures.
