小组工作在机构养老服务中的应用
——以济南市槐荫区营市街康乐老年公寓为例为例
摘  要
 老年人占据中国人口的较大比例，人口老龄化问题日益凸显，老年人对于自身健康和社会服务的需求远高于其他人群。目前，越来越多的老年人希望能够以机构养老的方式颐养天年，但是大多数的养老机构还处于发展阶段，各方面还不够完善，特别是在服务方法和专业技巧领域亟待提高。本研究在对我国机构养老服务的现状进行分析的基础上，以小组工作介入济南市槐荫区营市街康乐老年公寓为研究个案，通过梳理小组工作的有关理论、理念和方法等知识，分析小组工作在介入过程中存在哪些成果与不足；小组工作在机构养老服务中的方案怎样，结果如何，为小组工作方法更好的应用于养老机构提出合理化建议。通过问题的分析，提出解决问题的方法，从而使我国在机构养老的老年人的需求得以满足，提高老年人的服务质量，推动小组工作在养老机构中的发展。

 ——In Huaiyin District of Ji'nan City camp, Kangle Street Apartments for the elderly as an example
Abstract
 Old people occupy a larger proportion of the Chinese population, the aging of the population problem has become increasingly prominent, the demand of the elderly for their own health and social services are much higher than those of other people .At present, more and more people want to live an easy life in old age in institution endowment way, but most of the pension mechanism is still in the development stage, is still not perfect in all aspects, especially to improve the service methods and skill areas . This study analyzes the status in quo of our care, group work in Huaiyin District of Ji'nan City camp, Kangle Street Apartments for the elderly as a case study, by combing the theory knowledge of group work, ideas and methods, analysis of existing problems and group work which results in the intervention process; team work in institution endowment service scheme, how to better results, application of group work in the pension institutions put forward reasonable suggestions.Through the analysis of the problem, propose solutions to the problem, so that the elderly in institutions for the aged in China to meet the demand, the elderly to improve service quality, promote the development of group work in Old-age care institutions.
