番茄红素菌体粉药代动力学研究

摘要：本文档以三孢布拉氏霉菌为发酵菌株，通过发酵生产番茄红素。本文档选择出用于测定番茄红素的流动相为甲醇0.8ml/min，乙酸乙酯0.2ml/min，从而排除了β-胡萝卜素和γ-胡萝卜素两个干扰物质。本文档通过HPLC测定了番茄红素标准曲线并测定了标准曲线的精确度，确定了此测定方法是可行的，还测定了产品中番茄红素的含量，以及产品番茄红素在白鼠体内的新陈代谢状况（1.5h,2.5h,3.5h,4.5h的血清）。通过HPLC测定番茄红素在白鼠体内的浓度开始时随时间的增加而增加，到3.5h时达到最大值为0.8ug/ml，随后又开始下降。

Elementary Research of Pharmacokinetics of fermentation Lycopene

Abstract：In this paper , Blakeslea trispora is used as the strain of fermentation. In this paper select methanol 0.8 ml/min, ethyl acetate 0.2 as mobile phase for determination of lycopene, to eliminate the two interfering substances of beta carotene and gamma carotene. In this paper , lycopene standard curve and the determination of the standard curve precision has been detected by HPLC, determining the determination method is feasible. In this paper , the content of lycopene in production also has been determined. lycopene content of product and the metabolism of lycopene in the mouae(serum :1.5h, 2.5h, 3.5h, 4.5h) has been determined. Through the detected by HPLC, lycopene in rat increases with the increasing of time form the beginning, to reach maximum at 3.5 h for 0.8 ug/ml, then began to decline.
