双黑型香蕉假茎象甲相关线虫Dirhabdilaimus一新种

摘　　　　要
 在广州钟村实习农场和东莞香蕉蔬菜研究所，采集到双黑型香蕉假茎象甲（Odoiporus longicollis Oliver），并从该种昆虫体内分离得到一种线虫，根据形态学鉴定为Dirhabdilaimus odoiporus n.sp.。其主要形态特征如下：体型中等，强烈角质化，口腔非常长,口腔长约是口腔宽的5倍，神经环位于中食道球和后食道球之间。雌虫阴门位于虫体中部，卵巢成对、回折，尾部圆锥状至丝状，尾长约为138.0µm，是肛门处宽度的10倍。雄虫精巢单个、回折，交接刺1对，分离，玫瑰刺状，引带长约是交接刺长的57.5%；尾部圆锥状，有抱片；生殖乳突有10对。

A New Species of Dirhabdilaimus （Nematoda: Diplogasteroididae）Associated with Banana Pseudostem Weevil

Abstract:     A new species of Dirhabdilaimus were discovered from the adults of the banana pseudostem weevil, Odoiporus longicollis Oliver. The adults of the banana pseudostem weevil were collected from banana plants in Zhongcun Practice Farm in Guangzhou and Dongguan Banana and Vegetable Institute in Dongguan, Guangdong province. This nematode species is described as Dirhabdilaimus odoiporus n.sp. according to morphology. The characters of the nematode are described as below: the body is middle, strongly cuticularized. Stoma is very long, 5 times as long as stoma wide. Nerve ring is between anterior pharynx and posterior pharynx. Female vulva located at the middle of the body, gonads paired, reflexled almost to vulva. Female tail is conical to filiform, very long, about 138.0µm, 10 times as long as VBW(vulva body width). Male spicules paired, separated, slightly curved. Gubernaculum length is 57.5% of spicule length. Reflexed testis is long and single. Male tail is conical with bursa, almost peloderan, and with 10 pairs of caudal papillae.
