摘要

 Winsock控件是一个专门用于Windows网络编程，与Sockets完全兼容的ActiveX控件，它提供了访问 TCP 和 UDP 网络服务的方便途径。网络编程中最常用的是客户机/服务器模型，但是点对点通信模式编程更简单，适合传输数据流少的场合，如控制测量等方面。
 基于Socket的P2P网络通信是一种灵活的、易于实现的、低成本的方法。它可以运行在各种使用TCP/IP协议作为通讯协议的网络上。而在Socket API的帮助下，开发基于Socket的P2P网络通信软件也是易于实现的。
本设计仿照聊天通信软件MSN，QQ等，实现其中的一部分功能，为网络提供在线短消息通信、文件传输等服务。

ABSTRACT

Winsock is a specialized network programming for Windows,Sockets fully compatible with the ActiveX control.It provides a visit TCP and UDP network services to facilitate access.Network programming is the most common client/server model,but the point-to-point communication has the advantages that it is a more simple programming model,and is for transmission of data flow fewer occasions,including control survey and so on.
 The P2P network Socket based Communications are a methods that is flexible,and easy to be implemented. It uses various TCP/IP, as the communication protocol. And the Socket API help, Based on the development of Socket P2P network communication software is easy to achieve.
 The design copy chat communication software MSN,QQ,achieveed parts of function, provides an online network for SMS,file transfer and other services.
