摘要：本设计为浙江金华永康市林炎集团办公楼，建筑层数四层，钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，占地面积约为616.30m2，总建筑面积约为2577.71m2，建筑高度为17.800m，采用桩基础，室内地坪为。
本文主要进行了9轴的框架的计算。先根据设计资料进行框架布局，确定计算简图；然后进行荷载计算（包括恒载、活载、风载计算），内力计算（其中包括各种荷载作用下的弯矩、剪力、轴力计算）；最后进行内力组合再根据最不利组合进行配筋计算。
本文除框架计算外，还计算了以下部分，包括：楼盖板设计、连续梁设计、楼梯设计、基础设计、并用PKPM、探索者等程序进行验算，通过两次计算结果的相互校合，获得最终计算结果，并用AUTOCAD成图，WORD^论文作为设计计算书。
