桐庐码头综合办公楼结构设计与施工组织设计

摘  要：本工程为桐庐综合市场办公楼，总建筑面积3232.4m2，建筑占地面积约为758m2，建筑层数四层，局部五层屋面板顶面标高为19.5m，局部五层楼面标高为21.2m。本工程室内地坪标高±0.000, 相当于黄海高程14.00 m，工程等级为二级，耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，抗震等级为四级，设计使用年限为50年。办公楼主体结构为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，现浇钢筋混凝土楼板楼面。本设计主要包含两部分内容，即结构设计及施工组织设计。结构设计时，在进行荷载计算和截面估算后，选取一榀框架进行计算，用分层法计算出内力，并对不利荷载进行分析。通过D值法求出风荷载，进而进行截面设计。楼板设计采用划分单向板和双向板的方法，把多跨连续的板按多跨连续并考虑荷载不利布置计算，对独立的板块，单独计算，尺寸相近的板块按相同配筋考虑。连续梁的计算采用弯矩分配法计算。另外本设计还包含了对楼梯的设计。本工程基础设计采用桩基，根据柱端轴力，粗略布置桩基位置。在进行施工组织设计时，主要考虑施工进度的安排及施工平面布置。根据初步计算工程量来安排施工进度。根据施工现场条件及施工的安全方便来合理设计施工总平面布置图。另外施工组织设计中还考虑到施工安全、施工对环境影响等问题。
