^论文编号:TM100 ^论文字数:14425,页数:86 附任务书,开题报告,文献综述,外文翻译,CAD图 摘 要:本工程为杭州直通电子有限公司综合楼,位于杭州市三墩镇,该楼占地面积1510m2 ,建筑面积5239.8m2 ,建筑层数为5层。建筑耐火等级二级,抗震设防烈度六度,结构选型为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,室内地坪为,相当于绝对标高5.000m。办公楼主体结构为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。计算步骤为选取5轴框架进行计算,荷载计算和截面估算后,用分层法计算出竖向荷载作用下内力,通过D值法求出水平风荷载作用下内力,并对内力进行不利组合,进而选取最不利组合进行截面设计。另外本设计还包含了对楼板、楼梯和连续梁的设计。本工程基础设计采用桩基,柱下大多为二桩、三桩承台。 Abstract: This project for the Hangzhou Electronics Co., Ltd. through complex building, located in Hangzhou 3 Dunzhen, the building covers an area of 1510 m2, building area of 5239.8 m2, for the five-storey low-rise building. In addition the design also includes the floor, staircases and continuous beam design. The project design based on a pile, mostly under the column for two, three caps.
