摘要

招投标法的完善和普及，建筑行业竞争日益激烈，投标文件的编制是承包商承接工程必不可少的文件。本次毕业设计以浙江金华自来水公司办公楼为例，根据提供的设计图纸，编制了一份较为完整的投标文件。该投标文件由商务标、技术标两部分组成。本次毕业设计是对大学四年来所学知识进行一次系统的复习和总结，以检验四年来对专业知识的掌握程度，同时能进一步巩固所学知识，为今后的工作打下良好的基础

Abstract

The increasing perfection and popularity of Law of the People's Republic of China on Tenders and Bids, the even more intensive conpetitive construction industry and the preparation of tendering documents are essential for the contractor to undertake the project . The graduation project to the Zhejiang Jinhua water tender office building as an example, according to the design drawings, produced a more complete tender documents. The tender documents from the standard business, technical standard composed of two parts. The design of university graduates over the past four years by the knowledge of the system to conduct a review and sum up, to test four years of expertise in master degree at the same time to further consolidate by the knowledge for future work lay A good foundation.
