 摘 要
施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。本施工组织设计是针对九华商贸城工程施工的纲领性文件。本设计主要内容包括：工程概况，施工准备，施工部署，主要分部分项施工方法，施工总平面布置，主要施工机械设备、材料、人员配备计划，施工进度计划，季节性施工技术措施，质量保证措施，工期保证措施，安全生产与文明施工保证措施，环境保护措施。拟编施工方案。

Abstract

The construction organization plan is constructs the construction organization's core and the soul.It is conceives to the engineering construction project entire process idea with the concrete arrangement,It is used to instruct construction item entire process each activity the technology, the economical and organization's comprehensive document.This construction organization plan is aims at Jiuhua Commodity&Trade Town project construction the Platform. this design mainly includes the following content: the general situation of project, the construction preparation, the construction deployed, the main branch sub-item project job practice, the construction floor-plan,the main construction machinery and equipment, materials, staffing plan, construction schedule,the seasonal construction technical measures, the quality guarantee measures, the guarantee measures of the time limit for the project, the safety production and the civilized construction guarantee measure, the environmental protection measures.Then edit construction program.
