东方和园项目开发的可行性研究报告

 摘 要
 本报告是东方和园项目开发的可行性研究报告。该项目位于浦江县浦阳镇西山路以西、水晶路以北的区位，交通便利、周边环境良好、附近有较为成熟的小区。报告中通过对该项目开发过程中各个环节的深入调查、分析、计算、评价，为房地产开发企业就该项目未来的开发提供重要参考依据。报告分为八个章节，主要通过对房地产开发过程中的市场调查、土地获取、项目融资、项目规划设计、项目开发过程、房地产市场营销、结论是否可行等方面深入调研分析。对房地产行业的未来发展作出理性的判断，对开发过程中的优势及机会和劣势及威胁做出正确合理的分析，对项目未来的经济和社会效益作出客观科学的评价。在技术、财务、和社会方面的各种限制条件下，为房地产开发商提供一个令人满意的明确的方案。

Dong Fang He Yuan development of feasibility research report

Abstract
    This report is the Dong Fang He Yuan development feasibility study.The project is located in Pujiang County, Pu Yang town Zhongshan Road west of Crystal Road, north of the location,transportation,good surrounding environment,near the mature Community.In the Report, the project development through process all aspects of the in-depth investigation, analysis, calculation, evaluation,provide important referencereal to estate development companies on the project's future development .Report is divided into seven chapters,mainly through real estate development process's market research, land acquisition, project financing, project planning and design, project development process, real estate marketing, and so conclusions are possible in-depth investigation and analysis.Make rational judgments to the future development of the real estate industry,make the right sound analysis to advantage of the development process and the opportunities and weaknesses and threats,makean objective scientific evaluation to the Project future economic and social benefits.Under the technical, financial, and social constraints,provide a satisfactory clear program to real estate developers .
