摘     要

     根据选择毕业^论文的论题方向，结合本人工作的实际，本人选定了我公司参与投标的小别墅群项目中的一栋；小别墅结构类型 ：砖混结构，设计使用年限：50年 ，建筑层数二层，建筑占地面积：160M2，墙体采用八五多孔砖，楼面采用钢筋混凝土楼板，屋面防水等级为二级，门窗工程：铝合金门窗，本预算按《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》编制清单，计价依据《江苏省建设工程工程量清单计价项目指引》、《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价表》2004版、《南通市建筑与装饰工程补充计价表》2004版及现行文件执行。本预算材料价格按启东市2008年第6期《启东市建设工程造价信息》计取。本项目为典型的砖混结构，通过本完成本项目，本人对整个项目的工程量计算和计价过程，特别是招投标的过程有了较完整的感性认识。

 Abstract
 
 
Combining with author’s present job, with the selected direction of the dissertation topic, he has chosen one of the tendering group villa as the target work. the villa structure types is a brick-concrete structure, the design using period is 50 years, the two layer building is 160M2 of its building area, the 85 type brick is using for the wall part, and the floor slab is reinforced concrete type, roof waterproof Level is II grade, windows and doors project are aluminum alloy doors and windows. This bidding document referred to the "List Pricing Norms of the Volume of Construction Works”, “the Pricing Guidelines of Construction Project in Jiangsu Province (2004 Edition)," and “Complement List of Decoration works in Nantong City”(2004 version).  This item is a typical brick-concrete structure, through the completion of this project bidding, the author got a little familiar with the entire project accounting and valuation process, especially the process of bidding with a more Perceptual knowledge .
