作业成本法核算企业物流成本的理论和应用—以诺贝尔公司为例

摘  要

随着成本管理实践的深入和物流管理在当今社会的快速发展，使人们深刻认识到，要想做好物流管理，首先要做的第一件事就是弄清物流的成本，于是就开始重视物流成本的核算。但是由于现行的会计制度只能显示出一部分的物流成本，可以说是冰山一角。为此许多的专家学者纷纷提出了在企业中应如何核算自己的物流成本，主要有会计核算方法、统计下的物流成本核算、任务成本法、作业成本分析法。每种方法都有自己的优缺点，本文将研究作业成本法如何在实践中具体的应用。
 本文主要在介绍作业成本法的基础上，以杭州诺贝尔集团有限公司为例，用作业成本法具体分析该企业的物流成本核算。因此，在物流成本呈上升趋势的情况下， 在对物流成本管理和控制中，应用作业成本法，对企业物流成本进行分类 、 控制，使物流成本费用的发生在事前、事中就得到有效控制， 这对企业领导者准确认定物流成本，做出科学管理决策，最终使企业物流总成本大幅降低，将起到非常积极的作用。

ABSTRACT

     With the cost management practices in-depth and logistics management in the rapid development of today's society, people deeply understand that, in order to do a good job of logistics management, the first  thing to do is find out the cost of logistics, so he began to attach importance to the logistics cost accounting. However,  the current accounting system can only show part of the logistics cost, it can be said tip of the iceberg. Of this, many experts and scholars have put forward in the enterprise how to account for their logistics costs, mainly in accounting method, Statistics in logistics cost accounting, task cost, operating cost analysis. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, this study costing about how specific application in practice.
 This paper described the operating cost method, based on Nobel  with a concrete analysis of operating cost of the enterprise's logistics cost accounting. 
 Therefore, the rise in logistics costs of the case, cost management and control of logistics, the application of activity-based costing, cost of logistics enterprises classify, control, so that the cost of logistics cost in advance, things get effective control on This confirmed that the logistics business leaders accurate cost management to make scientific decisions, and finally to significantly reduce the total cost of logistics enterprises will play a very active role.
