 摘  要
 
 随着世界经济的繁荣发展，现代物流与经济全球一体化步发展，物流作为“第三利润源”的观念己深入人心。与此同时，信息技术已经渗透到各行各业，使物流业也逐渐向专业化方向发展，在这样的背景下,第三方物流应运而生。第三方物流具有信息化、自动化 、柔性化等特征，其服务宗旨是面向个别客户，服务方式是在特定时间,按特定价格提供个性化、系列化的物流服务。本文立足于一个处于快速发展的物流公司---百宏物流，对第三方物流信息系统的总体目标、物流技术、业务流程等内容进行了全方位地分析,在此基础上完成第三方物流信息系统功能模块、数据流程图、E-R图、数据库设计,为保证信息系统设定目标的实现，对其业务的处理流程和整个系统的高效性进行了分析，力求在此基础上找出其不足，设计一种结构比较完善的物流信息系统，以供参考。

ABSTRACT
 With the world's economic prosperity as well as modern logistics and economic globalization develop, the concept that logistics as “the third source of profits” has taken root among the people. At the same time, information technology has infiltrated into various sectors, the changes of economic growth mode requires logistics industry developed in the direction of professional. Under such background, Third Party Logistics came on the scene. TPL has features that information technology, networking and flexible, with the purpose to the individual customer-oriented, meet customer needs, provides the individuality logistics service according to the specific price and the serialized thing flows. This paper based on a rapid development logistics companies  --Bai  Hong  logistics , Third-party logistics information system, the overall objective, logistics technology, business procedure, and so the full content of Jin Xing De Fenxi, on the basis of the completion of third-party logistics information system functional modules, data flow diagram, ER Tu, database design, Wei Baozhengxinxi system set goals and analyze the company's logistics structure effectively in order to find its shortcomings, also, design a structure  more  complete  logistics  system  for  reference.
