创新原理和方法在库存管理中的应用-以泛远国际物流有限公司为例
摘 要
 
 本文分析了美国和日本等发达国家的物流发展现状和特点，并且与我国物流发展进行了比较研究。在总结了我国物流发展的历史后，指出了我国物流发展存在的问题，以及我国物流发展中的创新问题。中国物流产业经过十几年的发展已经初具规模，进入全面、深入、快速发展阶段，并逐步确立了在国民经济中的主导产业地位。结合中国现代物流发展中的机遇和挑战，综合分析当前复杂多变的世界经济和中国社会经济发展的基础，考虑到金融危机对物流产业的冲击，我们认为现代物流技术的创新已经成为我国物流企业应对金融危机的一把利器。最后本文结合泛远国际物流有限公司的物资管理，分析了库存管理中的创新问题。本文认为，物流技术的不断创新和服务品种的不断创新将为物流企业的发展提供永恒的动力。

ABSTRACT
 In this paper, we summarize the development of logistics of the United States and Japan, study and analysis the two developed countries’ current situation and characteristics of logistics, and compared with China's logistics. After hackling the history of China's logistics, we point out the problems and weaknesses of Chinese logistics industry, also research the development of China's logistics innovation. After a decade’s development, China's logistics industry has been in a fully, deeply and rapidly developing stage, and has been the leading industry of national economy. With considering the opportunities and challenges of Chinese modern logistics, fully analyzing of the current complicated and ever-changing world economy and China's social and economic development, taking into account of the financial crisis impact on the logistics industry, we think that modern logistics technology innovation has been a best choice for Chinese logistic company to deal with the financial crisis. Finally, we study the case of Far International Logistics Co., Ltd’s material management, and emphasize the innovation in inventory management. There is no doubt that innovation in technology and service will be eternal power of the development of logistics enterprises.
