企业物流运输方案设计 ——以杭州金刚建材有限公司为例
 
摘  要

 随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快，市场竞争不断深化和加剧，我国制造业面临着与外资的直接较量，企业已经由节约原材料的“第一利润源”，提高劳动生产效率的“第二利润源”，转向了高效的物流系统的“第三利润源”。我国正处在物流行业蓬勃发展的初期阶段，政府和企业都非常重视物流产业的发展，同时，我国的物流发展正处于一种混合态势，既有以生产，制造为核心的企业自营物流模式，也有专业化物流公司的第三方物流公司。第三方物流和自营物流是企业所采用的两种主要物流模式，对企业的经营有着非常重要的意义。
 本文对杭州金钢建材有限公司进行物流运输方案设计，对物流系统中的运输业务是自营还是委托给第三方物流进行决策分析，设计了四个方案，从考虑成本的角度出发，通过对方案进行盈亏平衡分析，算出盈亏平衡点，再对四个方案进行比较，定量分析和定性分析结合，选择成本最小的设计方案。目标是降低企业物流运输成本。

ABSTRACT

 As the pace of global economic integration accelerate, market competition intensifies, and deepen our manufacturing faced with foreign direct competition, the enterprise has the "save raw materials by the source of profits, improve labor productivity" second profit source ", to efficient logistics system of "the third profits source". Our country is in logistics industry vigorously developing stage, the government and the enterprises pay attention to the development of logistics industry in China, and at the same time, the logistics development is in a mixed situation, both in production and manufacturing is the core of enterprise self-conducting logistics mode, also have professional logistics company third-party logistics companies. Third-party logistics and self-conducting logistics is the enterprise by the two kinds of main logistics mode of enterprise management, has the extremely vital significance.
 This diamond building materials limited company to hangzhou for logistics solutions of logistics system design, the transportation business is entrusted self-support or third-party logistics decision analysis, design, from the four schemes cost Angle, through the plan break-even analysis, and then calculate the break-even point of four schemes, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, combined with the minimum cost of design. Goal is to reduce the cost of logistics enterprises.
