制造企业库存控制研究——以九阳家电有限公司为例
摘  要

 如果说“资金是世界运转的润滑剂”，那么库存就是物流运作的润滑剂。任何一种企业，原则上都需要一定程度的库存。当前，制造企业面临许多困难，例如市场竞争激烈、客户需求多变、客户订单提前期短、原材料采购周期长、库存控制困难等，因此库存与库存控制越来越为企业所重视。减少原材料库存、降低其库存成本是库存控制的关键，也是企业“第三个利润源泉”的重点所在。
 本文从库存的概念和库存控制的基本原理出发，分析了制造企业的库存类型以及产生的原因，并列举了库存控制常用的几种方法。结合九阳家电有限公司的实际情况，分析了九阳家电有限公司在库存控制方面的一些问题,找出问题产生的原因，并运用相应的对策解决问题，得出结论。

ABSTRACT

     If it is said that "money is the lubricant of the world's functioning", then the stock is the logistics of lubricants. Any kind of enterprise, in principle, require a certain degree of inventory. At present, the manufacturing enterprises are facing many difficulties, such as market competition, changing customer needs, customer orders, short lead-time, long-term purchase of raw materials, inventory control difficulties, so more and more attention is paid to stock and inventory control for the enterprise. To reduce the inventory of raw materials and its inventory costs is the key to inventory control as well as "the third source of profits"  in enterprises .
 This paper begins from the concept of inventory and the basic principles of inventory control, then analysis the types of inventory control methods in manufacturing enterprises and the reasons of inventory . Meanwhile this article takes Joyoung Appliances Co.Ltd.  as the object of the study. Analyz the aspects of inventory control problems  of Joyoung Appliances Co.Ltd. To identify the causes of the problem and the application of appropriate countermeasures to solve the problem, reach a conclusion.
