A公司生产物流系统优化及评价

 摘 要
 本文通过对A公司生产物流的分析，首先从精益生产的角度出发，对公司的一些问题进行了分析，再分别从市场动因和成本动因两方面入手，对公司的生产物流系统进行了研究和优化；其次，从A公司整个的生产物流的流程再造的角度切入，对系统的基础管理和流程的再造提出了相应的建议和意见，主要从公司的信息系统的建立，库存的管理，挂单式生产等几个方面进行分析；最后，运用模糊层次评价的方法对A公司的生产物流系统优化效果进行了评价，也给A公司在自身生产物流系统优化效果评价上提供了一个可行的评价方案。

ABSTRACT
 This paper through produces the physical distribution to A Corporation the analysis, first from lean manufacture angle embarking, has carried on the analysis to company's some questions, again separately obtains from the market agent and the cost agent two aspects, has conducted the research and the optimization to company's production physical distribution system; Next, cuts into from a Corporation entire production physical distribution's flow restoration's angle, proposed to system's foundation management and the flow restoration the corresponding suggestion and the opinion, mainly from company's information system's establishment, the stock management, put up for the night in a temple the type production and so on several aspects to carry on the analysis; Finally, the utilization fuzzy level appraisal's method has carried on the appraisal to a Corporation's production physical distribution system's green chromaticity, also gave A Corporation to provide a feasible appraisal plan in own production system、
