内陆城市发展无水港的策略探讨-- 以义乌国际物流中心为例

摘要

 无水港除了没有港口码头装船、卸船的操作外,它的功能与港口基本一样，具有提高外贸经济效益、减轻口岸压力、促进运输体系整体优化的作用,对地区经济的发展具有重要意义。随着义乌国际物流中心的建立，义乌对发展无水港的重要性由认识到靠近宁波港以及本地区的贸易活动的增加而越来越受到重视，但由于经验缺乏、资源不足等原因，义乌国际物流中心的运营仍存在不少问题。本文在调研基础上，通过分析义乌国际物流中心运营中存在的问题，提出了义乌国际物流中心发展的策略，给相关部门的决策提供参考，对其它地区无水港的建设也具有一定的参考借鉴意义。

 ABSTRACT
 The no-water port has the same function with other common ports except shipment and unloading. It could improve the economic performance, ease the pressure of the port and improve the system of the transport, it means much to the development of the regional economy. With the establishment of the Yiwu international logistics center, and the awareness the importance of the no-water port development the YIWU no-water port construction has been realized because it is close to the NINGBO port and the trade activities there are increasing. But there are still some problems in the operations of Yiwu international logistics center caused by the lack of experience and materials. Based on research, this article analyses the problems in the operations of Yiwu international logistics center during the course of the construction of the YIWU no-water port and bring up some strategies for the development of Yiwu international logistics center and construction. And this could be a reference for the department which in charge of this project and for other constructions of no-water ports.
