摘 要

 车间设备布局就是合理确定车间里各种设备、装置的具体位置。设备布局、工作地布置是否合理化、科学化，工人的搬运动作是否合理，搬运路线是否畅通等等问题都会影响一个企业今后的发展和管理工作的便利。随着市场经济的高速发展，顾客需求和市场环境的不断变化，制造业，特别是中小型制造业，正面临着越来越激烈的竞争；企业之间的竞争开始向基于时间和客户需求的方向发展；在满足客户个性化需要的同时，保持较低的生产成本和较短的交货期更是企业在竞争中取胜的关键法宝。因此，合理的车间布局对企业的长远发展具有现实意义。
 温州平阳精达针编机械厂座落于美丽的东海之湾，是一家专业从事塑料机械设备的设计、生产和服务的中小型企业。该厂所生产的产品设备以其优越的性能、良好的产品质量和完善的售后服务赢得国内外用户的赞赏和青睐。产品畅销全国各地。
 本文分析了温州精达针编机械厂的车间物流现状。运用车间系统布局的理论体系对该车间布局展开了详细的分析，通过运用系统布置设计SLP方法对生产车间的设备布局进行了重新的规划和设计。

ABSTRACT

 The layout of workshop is to locate the equipment in the right position. Equipment layout、rationalization and optimization of each stations、reasonable of transit method and material flow freely are important for one factory management and its development. Following the quickly of development of the manufacture industry in China, especially for these companies who produces by orders .The competition will focus on quick delivery and cost-down. How to be satisfied by our custom and quick adjustment is key issue for every company. Therefore, it is important to layout the equipment whether in new workshop foundation or in old workshop rebuilding.
 Wenzhou Pingyang Jingda Plastic Machinery Factory is located in the beautiful bay of China East Sea, and is specialized in designing and manufacturing the plastic machinery. The factory’s machines are welcomed by the customers from china and abroad for the good quality, stable performance and perfect after-sale service, and exported to middle east countries.
 In this paper, analyzing the existing logistics problem workshop in Wenzhou Pingyang Jingda Plastic Machinery Factory. Make use of the facilities programming and principle of SLP within the logistics anaylises , to produce the equipments of the spot layout and turn over the tool to carry on the rule and design a fresh .
