摘要

本文所提出的关于远大物流仓储管理的讨论是基于温州物流企业存在一系列问题，急需寻找适合的模式来解决的背景下来分析的。如何在现代物流迅速发展的当今世界，运用现有的理论和技术，对物流企业存在的一些问题进行改革，就具有很大的现实意义。本文就选取远大物流装车组的场地现状问题，运用仓储管理理论，采用定性与定量相结合的方法，提出了自己的一些见解。
温州市远大物流有限公司地处瓯海区与鹿城区的交界处，具有独特的地理优势，而在这样的外部的环境下，对企业内部进行优化，是促进企业发展的必经之路。
本文档主要分成三部分，第一部分引言，介绍文章的选题背景和意义，第二部分先是叙述了我国仓储管理的现状及发展趋势，然后介绍了相关的仓储管理理论。第三部分针对远大物流装车组场地现状，结合相应的理论，进行场地的重新规划，力求提升现有场地仓储管理的有效性。

Research on Warehousing Management in YUANDA Logistics

ABSTRACT
Research on warehousing management in YUANDA logistics company in this article is based on the background of logistics enterprise in wenzhou have a series of problems and need to find a fit pattern to solve them.There is a tremendous realistic significance that How to use theories and techniques existed to reform some of the problems existed in logistics enterprises in today's world where modern logistics is developing rapidly. This article selects ground status quo problems of YUANDA-truck loading-term，uses storage management theory and the way of combining qualitative with quantitative ，and put forward some of my own views.
Logistics co.ltd of Wenzhou yuan-da is located in the junction of Ouhai District Lucheng District.，It has a unique geographical advantage，yet optimizing the enterprise is the only way to promote its development in this external environment.
This thesis mainly divided into three parts, part I : Introduction ，it introduces the background and significance of this topic.Part II：first it describes the current situation and development trends of warehousing management at home ,then it introduces some relative storage theories.Part III: it re-plans the ground in connection with the ground status quo of truck loading-term in YUANDA-logistics and combined with corresponding theories to Upgrade the effectiveness of warehousing management .
