外向型服装企业的生产物流计划优化探讨 ----以浙江卓琳服饰有限公司为例

摘  要

 外向型生产加工企业，作为一个具备自身特点的企业类型，有着自己独有的运营方式和物流形态。相对于其他生产企业，外向型生产加工企业的物流管理具有产品品种多、工序繁杂、生产机械化程度低、工时定额困难、工序间协调困难等特点，这些都增加了生产计划的复杂程度和难度，给外向型服装加工企业的生产物流计划带来很多问题。本文通过分析浙江卓琳服饰有限公司生产物流计划中存在的问题，在比较分析国内外现有的计划方法的基础上，提出采用约束理论的原理，运用价值流分析、生产线平整等方法来解决外向型服装加工企业生产物流计划中存在的问题，可在广大外向型服装加工企业中推广。

ABSTRACT

 Export-oriented production and processing enterprises, with its own characteristics as a corporate type, has its own unique way of operating and logistics patterns. Compared to other production enterprises, export-oriented production and processing enterprises in the logistics management of product variety and more complicated processes, the low level of mechanization of production, fixed working hours, difficulties, difficulties in inter-agency coordination process characteristics. These have increased the complexity of production planning and the difficulties of processing enterprises to export-oriented garment production logistics projects pose many problems. In this paper, Zhuolin Garments Co., Ltd. Zhejiang as an example，By analyzing the production and logistics problems in the plan, both at home and abroad in a comparative analysis of methods of existing programs based on the principle of using the theory of constraints, value stream analysis, production line approach to the resolution of formation, production and logistics problems in the plan，which may be the majority of export-oriented processing enterprises in the promotion of clothing.
