家电业配送中心选址研究

摘要
 随着物流业的快速发展，配送中心的选址的重要性就凸显出来了，因此，本文对选址问题进行了详细的分析研究，选址的重要性主要体现在位置一旦确定，它具有不可移动性，其对投产后的运营经营费用、产品、服务质量及成本都有极大而长远的影响。本文结合了家电业对物流的需求以及在目前的家电业中，配送中心的建设不规范和配送中心选址不科学不合理的现象进行分析，最终确定建立鲍摩-瓦尔夫选址模型来解决家电业配送中心的选址问题。
 本文主要分四章来论述配送中心选址相关理论以及方法与模型。首先介绍了配送中心选址的背景与意义，接着论述了配送中心选址的相关理论和方法。最后以家电业为研究背景，用鲍摩-瓦尔夫模型对配送中心进行了实例分析。

 ABSTRACT
 Along with the rapid development of the logistics distribution center, the importance of the site is highlighted, therefore, this paper makes a detailed location problem analysis and study of the importance of the location, mainly embodies in position that once established, It is not mobility and having long and significantly influence on operation management fees, products, services and quality cost. Based on household appliance having the requirement to logistics, in current household appliance, distribution center of construction is non-standard and distribution center location also is not reasonable and scientific, finally it determined using Baumol-Wolfe model to solve the site selection of appliance distribution center.
 This paper discussed in four chapters related to site theory and methods and models. Firstly introduces the background of the site and the significance, then discusses the related theory and method of distribution center location. Finally, as the research background in appliance using Baumol-Wolfe model make a case analysis on distribution center.
