生产物流和SLP研究——以温州誉盛宠物用品有限公司为例
摘  要

 随着国内外经济的不断发展，生产制造企业间的竞争越来越激烈。企业逐步认识到物流对生产制造业迅速发展和在竞争中取胜的重要意义。在世界各地，企业已普遍将改造物流结构、降低物流成本作为在竞争中取胜的重要措施，生产物流担负着运输、储存、装卸物料等任务，已经越来越被重视。
 由于生产物流涉及面广影响因素多，根据温州誉盛宠物用品有限公司的实际情况和需求，加上前期的观察与初步的物流活动分析，决定在保持原厂面积不变的前提下，通过重新布置工厂车间的设施来改善工厂的生产物流。
 本文介绍了生产物流的一些基本概念及相关的理论知识，通过运用生产物流的相关理念结合系统布置设计（SLP）方法，对温州誉盛宠物用品有限公司的生产车间设备进行了重新布置设计，使车间的生产路线得到一定的优化，为企业增加收益。

 ABSTRACT

 With the continuous development of the economy at home and abroad，the competitiveness among the manufacturing enterprises are more and more heavily. Enterprises begin to realize that the great significance of logistics to the rapid development of the manufacturing production and to win in the competition. Throughout the world，transforming the logistics structure and reducing the logistics cost have generally been important measures of the enterprises to win in the competition. Production logistics is responsible for the transporting，storage，loading and unloading of materials，has been paid more and more  attention  to.
 Because the production logistics involved many factors，according to the actual situation and needs of Wenzhou Vigorous Pet Products Co.，Ltd.，together with the pre-observation and preliminary analysis of the logistics activities，I decided to keep the original area，through the re-layout of the facilities of the factory floor to improve the production logistics of  the factory.
 This article introduces some basic concepts and related theoretical knowledge of the production logistics，and use some related theoretical knowledge of the production logistics and systematic layout planning (SLP) method to re-layout and design the workshop equipment of Wenzhou Vigorous Pet Products Co.，Ltd.，so that the route of workshop production is optimized and revenue of the enterprise is increased.
