摘要
随着每年大学生毕业人数的不断增加，大学生就业情况也受到越来越多的关注。本文先介绍了A*算法和大学生就业的基本概念，然后讲述了国内外对大学生就业研究的现状。通过EViews软件和收集的数据计算出成本和时间的权重，借用A*算法的最优路径的计算步骤，建立了一个大学生就业的预测模型来判断出就业的最小成本，形成一种基于A*算法的大学生就业预测模型，并且还举了一个典型的实例对预测模型进行应用。最后提出了一些对大学生就业的建议，让大学生对就业情况有更清晰的认识，从而使大学生找到就业的最快方法。

Abstract
With the increasing of the graduates, the phenomenon of graduate employment has attrated more and more attention. This issue will introduce the concept of the A* algorithm and Graduate Employment. And then show the employment of domestic and international status of graduates.To determine the minimum cost of employment by using A* algorithm., and we give a typical application using by this predict model,and become prediction model of graduates’ employment based on A*algorithm.Finally, this issue proposed some recommendations on Graduate Employment ,just let the students have a clearer understanding of employment situation. And students seeking the job in convenient and more fast way.
