印刷企业管理机制的研究

摘要：印刷企业的管理机制是指印刷企业在生产运作、财务会计、人力资源等各方面进行规范管理的规章准则。企业制度包括产权制度、运行制度和管理制度。中国的印刷企业一直有很多中国的特色，包括发展历程。不能说发展的历程本身有什么问题，但是作为印刷术的发明国，中国的平均印刷质量一直无法在国际上得到承认确实不争的事实。本文主要研究印刷企业的管理机制，从各种印刷企业入手，研究他们的管理方式，分析他们管理模式的共同与差异，研究印刷企业管理中常见的技术管理，并且讨论网络化管理在印刷企业管理中的应用。

Abstract: Management mechanism for printing refers to the operation of printing enterprises in the production, financial accounting, human resources management of various aspects of the rules and regulations of norms. Enterprise system, including the property rights system, operating system and management system. China's printing enterprises in China has been a lot of features, including the development of the course. The development process can not be said that any problem in itself, but the country as the invention of printing, the printing quality of the average Chinese has not been able to be recognized in the international community is indeed an indisputable fact.This article is mainly study the administrative mechanism of the printing enterprise, start with  each kind of printing enterprise, to study their mode of administration, analyzes the same and differences of their management pattern, research the common technical management in the printing business management, and discussion the application of network management in printing business management..
