摘 要：在激烈的市场竞争中，印刷企业最具竞争力的4项直接指标是质量、价格、周期、服务，在其它3项指标大致相同的情况下，价格便成了争取顾客、占领市场的重要因素。而价格优势要靠成本优势作支撑。所以谈价格，必然要谈成本。因此，印刷工价也成了印刷界人士非常关心的话题。目前印刷商机增多。技术进步迅速印刷企业获得了比以前更多的发展机遇。本文档主要探讨，在当今市场条件下，印刷成本的相关内容，并通过图书成本相关案例，建立工价表介绍印刷成本计算的相关方法，有效控制图书成本。书刊印刷工价的计算，是出版印刷业经营管理的一个重要环节，也是提高经济效益的关键一步，计算是否合理，直接影响到印刷页的营业利润。因此，印刷工价计算是我们值得研究探讨的一个重要环节。
