文档编号:YS045 文档字数:10390.页数:27 摘 要：在实际生产中，通过对输出菲林质量的调查、分析与研究，发现企业由于输出中心菲林质量问题而耽误生产时间，造成不少的经济损失。菲林在输出过程中，易存在着诸如：输出文件中缺少字体、图像分辨率错误、印刷色序出错、页面设置等问题。本文主要通过在菲林输出过程中，对输出时照排室环境、照排机工作参数、RIP软件参数设置等情况的控制来达到对菲林输出质量的控制进行研究。从RIP的输出以及激光照排等方面来进行试验和分析；通过调整RIP参数，改变激光照排工艺等，来测试各个环境下输出的菲林的质量，从而找到最理想的方法、工艺。研究印刷菲林输出质量对企业效益，有直接的关系，对于企业印刷质量的提高，生产成本的减少，是企业提高竞争力的关键因素之一。 Abstract：In actual production, film output through the quality of investigation, analysis and research, found that the output center enterprise quality problems delay film production time, resulting in some economic losses.
