国内印刷机质量检测与控制的自动化技术应用研究

摘 要：提高印刷质量的自动检测与控制技术水平是印刷企业保证印刷质量,提高产量,降低成本的重要内容。为了促进我国印刷机自动检测与控制技术水平的提高。通过研究印刷自动检测与控制方法，分析我国印刷机质量检测与控制的自动化技术和水平，并与国外印刷机质量检测与控制的自动化技术进行比较的基础上，针对我国印刷机制造企业在印刷质量自动检测与控制的发展状况，提出建议和意见，有利于我国印刷机制造和自动检测与控制设备生产的发展。
关键词：印刷机；检测；控制；自动化

Abstract：Improving the print quality level of automatic detection and control technology is the important thing to ensure print quality, increase productivity and reduce costs for the printing enterprises. In order to promote the enhancement of domestic printing press levels in automatic inspection and control technology. Through studying automatic inspection and control methods in printing, analyzing automation technology and level of domestic printing press’s quality inspection and control, and comparing with foreign press’s automation inspection and control technology. On this basis, for domestic printing press manufacturers’ development situation of automatic inspection and control in the printing quality to propose some suggestion and opinion, it’s beneficial to the development of our printer manufacture and the development of automatic detection and control equipments’ production.
